Responsibilities
As a Civil/Drainage Labourer, your duties will include:
- Assisting with drainage installations, repairs, and civil site tasks
- Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Supporting tradespeople and machinery operators onsite
- Performing trenching, backfilling, and general labouring
- Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working in civil or drainage environments
- Confidence in using tools and performing physical labour
- Reliable attendance and motivation to work full-time
- Site Safe or ConstructSafe certification (preferred, not essential)
- A Class 1 Full Driver Licence
