Responsibilities
As a Packaging Operator (Brewery Technician), you will:
- Operate and monitor packaging and production equipment
- Support brewery production processes across multiple teams
- Assist in implementing brewing and packaging best practices
- Maintain efficiency, safety, and product quality throughout operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process enhancement
- Work rotating shifts including AM and PM schedules
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, brewing, packaging, or production (preferred, not essential)
- A background in science, engineering, or similar fields (desirable)
- Ability to work rotating shifts:
- AM shift Mon–Fri (6am–2pm)
- PM shift Mon–Thurs (2pm–midnight)
- Passion for learning and enthusiasm for the brewing industry
