Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure they meet quality and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate materials, labor, and technicians for different job locations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and urgent tasks when needed.
• Manage workforce schedules, movement, and overall site readiness.
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and support HSE compliance.
• Transport workers between accommodation and job sites as required.
Requirements
• Willingness to work on roofs and in high-temperature environments.
• Flexibility to work at variable timings based on job demands.
• Readiness to answer calls and WhatsApp messages outside regular duty hours.
• Mandatory valid UAE Driving License.
• Previous experience in waterproofing or maintenance is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• HSE certifications such as NEBOSH are an added advantage.
• Candidates with sponsor or own visa will be preferred.
• Applicants who want fixed routine timings should not apply.
