Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the daily operations of the oil & gas service team
- Coordinate recruitment, skill training, and performance appraisal for the team
- Enhance AWP and earthmoving equipment service technology and implement end-to-end services including rental, maintenance, and emergency repair
- Provide on-site service support and manage HSE compliance for oil & gas projects
- Collaborate with testing resources and ensure equipment and services meet operational standards
- Develop value-added service extension business, maintain equipment for clients, and support revenue growth
- Track key service indicators, optimize service plans, and manage resource allocation
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure spare parts and supporting resources are available
Requirements
- Experience in equipment service or project management within the UAE oil & gas sector
- Familiarity with HSE norms and access requirements for oil & gas projects
- Proficiency in AWP and earthmoving equipment technology
- Ability to develop standardized service processes and respond to emergencies independently
- Strong team management, business development, and customer relationship skills
- Knowledge of the Middle East oil & gas market and client requirements
- Preferred experience in developing value-added service extension business
- Fluent in English for business communication
