We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities
- Support the HSE Manager, HSE Engineer, and plant team in planning, coordinating, and implementing HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Assist O&M teams with safety, occupational health, and environmental issues.
- Implement company-wide HSE initiatives such as PBS, 5S, and PSM.
- Promote the permit to work system and ensure safety during operational processes.
- Identify non-compliant or substandard procedures for activities involving employees and contractors.
- Assist field staff and contractors with proper care and inspection of PPE.
- Record and report all incidents and maintain documentation for the plant HSE Engineer.
- Educate employees and contractors on company policies and HSE programs.
- Inspect equipment logbooks and safety records including scaffolding, ladders, cranes, tools, and work equipment.
- Support company incentive and promotional programs announced by Corporate.
- Promote HSE observation and communication programs involving owners and contractor HSE officers.
- Inspect portable fire extinguishers, safety eye-wash/shower stations, and maintain their records.
- Assist HSE Engineer with risk assessments and control measures.
- Ensure training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented, including emergency response systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in HSE supervision, preferably in industrial or plant environments.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Familiarity with safety management systems, permit to work systems, and emergency response procedures.
