We are looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional digital products that meet user needs and business goals. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver elegant design solutions across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile products
- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across products
- Support smooth design handoff and implementation with developers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
Preferred / Nice to have Skills
- Experience designing for SaaS, mobile apps, or B2B products
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, basic React concepts)
- Experience working in agile or product-led teams
