We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Retail Asset Officer to join our team at MAF Properties in Muscat, Masqaţ, Oman. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of mall customers, visitors, merchants, and staff, while supporting smooth operations during emergencies.

Responsibilities
- Clear emergency areas of all people, maintaining a minimum 30-meter safety perimeter
- Close entrances leading to the emergency zone to prevent unauthorized access
- Ensure elevators, escalators, and travellators are not used during emergencies
- Assist individuals in need during evacuation, including wheelchair users and elderly visitors
- Support firefighters in locating emergency sites within the mall
- Maintain constant communication with the control room for instructions
- Evacuate shops efficiently, ensuring all customers and staff are safe
- Ensure machinery is turned off during evacuations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis
