Responsibilities
As a Front of House Staff member, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive guest experience
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling payments and operating the till
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- Assisting team members during busy service periods
- Representing the Burger Shop brand in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements
