Responsibilities
As a Receptionist & Customer Support, your key responsibilities will include:
Front Desk & Customer Support Coordination
- Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Serving as the first point of contact for incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, and visitors
- Answering phone calls promptly and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Coordinating appointments and meetings for management
- Managing the CRM system to log, track, escalate, and follow up on customer and client inquiries
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized reception area
- Maintaining availability of front desk supplies and materials
- Coordinating visitor access in accordance with office policies
- Representing Qatar Living positively through professional conduct
Administrative & Office Support
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the Administration Manager
- Performing general office duties such as typing, filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
- Assisting with procurement and office supply management
- Supporting office services, including coordination with office cleaning staff
- Assisting various departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Supporting management and team members to ensure smooth daily office operations
Requirements
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (qualification in Administration or Customer Service is an advantage)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Experience using CRM or case management systems is highly preferred
