A leading convenience store in Muscat is looking for a Food Stocker to ensure food products are properly stocked, rotated, and presented. This role is key to maintaining smooth store operations, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Stocking & Replenishment: Receive deliveries, stock shelves, chillers, and freezers, and refill fast-moving items.
- Food Safety & Quality: Follow hygiene standards, rotate stock using FIFO/FEFO, monitor product quality, and maintain proper storage temperatures.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock counts, report low/overstock items, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Merchandising & Presentation: Ensure correct labeling, maintain attractive displays, and follow promotional guidelines.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Keep food areas clean, follow health and safety procedures, and dispose of expired items properly.
- Store Support & Multitasking: Assist customers, support other store tasks, and follow supervisor instructions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Basic education; high school preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in food retail, supermarkets, or convenience stores preferred. Experience with fresh/chilled products is a plus.
- Skills: Knowledge of food hygiene and safety, ability to follow FIFO/FEFO, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, and physical ability to lift stock.
- Behavioral Requirements: Reliable, punctual, honest, responsible, able to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
