Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Recommend suitable beauty and skincare products based on customer needs
- Explain product features, usage, and skincare benefits clearly
- Drive sales through suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of products
- Monitor stock availability and maintain required sales and inventory reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in beauty or skincare
- Proven background in customer-facing retail roles
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required
