Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain research findings, project documentation, and administrative records in company databases
- Review, verify, and correct data entries to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Organize and categorize data for efficient retrieval and reporting
- Collaborate with R&D teams and project managers to clarify data requirements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data security standards
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support compliance and project tracking
- Assist in improving data entry procedures and documentation
- Support data migration, backup, and archiving to ensure data integrity
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with database systems (Microsoft Access, SQL, Airtable, Google Sheets)
- Knowledge of document management tools (SharePoint, Dropbox, Google Drive)
- Ability to handle confidential data and follow EMEA-specific data protection regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks in a remote setting
- Analytical mindset for identifying and resolving data inconsistencies
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies and ongoing training
