Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management, team leadership, or a similar role
- Experience within digital marketing, SaaS, or tech-enabled industries is an advantage
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment across multiple time zones
- Fluency in English; additional EMEA-region languages are a plus
