We are seeking a skilled Operator (Condensate) to join a leading condensate refinery in Mesaieed, Qatar. This role is crucial for ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production across condensate refinery units, including CDU, Hydrotreaters, and CCR Platformers.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor assigned process units, including CDU, Hydrotreaters, and CCR Platformers
- Maintain operational integrity and respond promptly to process deviations
- Support production targets while adhering to safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Perform routine checks, troubleshoot process equipment, and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Document operations, report incidents, and follow established operational procedures
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure compliance with refinery safety protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience in refinery operations, specifically CDU, Hydrotreaters, and CCR Platformers
- Proven experience in operating and troubleshooting pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, reactors, and control systems
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts and outdoor field conditions
Skills
- Strong understanding of process flow diagrams (PFDs) and P&IDs
- Proficiency with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and PLCs
- High safety awareness and knowledge of HAZOP, LOTO, PTW, and emergency response procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and report preparation
