Responsibilities

  • Describe product features and benefits while demonstrating proper use and handling.
  • Educate customers on brand quality standards, specifications, and product details.
  • Advise customers on suitable product options and respond to inquiries to support purchase decisions.
  • Provide clear information on warranties, features, specifications, maintenance, and care.
  • Ensure customer needs are met and complaints are resolved or escalated as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of new product launches, promotions, and sales activities.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective sales techniques including up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure accurate promotions and pricing in compliance with company standards.
  • Compute sale prices, apply discounts, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Process cash, card payments, and generate invoices and receipts when acting as cashier.
  • Follow repair/return procedures and ensure compliance with after-sales processes.
  • Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control, and company operating procedures.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of relevant retail or customer service experience.
  • Good product and brand knowledge, preferably in sports retail.
