Responsibilities
- Describe product features and benefits while demonstrating proper use and handling.
- Educate customers on brand quality standards, specifications, and product details.
- Advise customers on suitable product options and respond to inquiries to support purchase decisions.
- Provide clear information on warranties, features, specifications, maintenance, and care.
- Ensure customer needs are met and complaints are resolved or escalated as needed.
- Maintain awareness of new product launches, promotions, and sales activities.
- Achieve sales targets through effective sales techniques including up-selling and cross-selling.
- Ensure accurate promotions and pricing in compliance with company standards.
- Compute sale prices, apply discounts, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Process cash, card payments, and generate invoices and receipts when acting as cashier.
- Follow repair/return procedures and ensure compliance with after-sales processes.
- Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control, and company operating procedures.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of relevant retail or customer service experience.
- Good product and brand knowledge, preferably in sports retail.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and handle customer queries effectively.
