Responsibilities

As a Waiter, your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with colleagues across all departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide timely, attentive, and professional service to guests.
  • Understand and adhere to hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain full knowledge of hotel services and facilities to answer guest queries.
