Main Responsibilities
As a Waiter/Waitress, your core duties include:
- Delivering courteous, professional, and efficient service following Rixos performance standards
- Adapting to rotation across Food & Beverage sub-departments or other hotel areas as assigned
- Performing opening and closing procedures for the designated work area
- Demonstrating thorough knowledge of menu items and recommending combinations or alternatives
- Providing high-quality service per operational procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance at all times
- Establishing rapport with guests to ensure a welcoming and memorable experience
- Handling inquiries courteously and addressing concerns, escalating when necessary
- Monitoring supplies to minimize wastage and spoilage
- Participating in inventory activities
- Attending training sessions and meetings when required
- Complying with hotel rules, safety regulations, hygiene standards, and local legislation
- Supporting colleagues and maintaining positive working relationships across departments
- Being flexible in responding to changes and redeployment based on business needs
Requirements
To be considered for the role, candidates should possess:
- A diploma or vocational degree in hospitality, fresh graduates accepted
- Preferably 1 year of experience in a 4–5 star hotel environment
- Ability to work professionally within a high-service environment
- Russian language proficiency preferred
